CURRENCY USE:
All orders are processed in European Euro (EUR).
DELIVERY:
We currently ship within Australia, United States of America, United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Philippines, Macau, Taiwan, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Peru and several countries within the European Union. Orders are expected to be shipped 3-5 business days after confirmation of payment.
Please note that shipping times are based on time from pickup and are for guidance only. DutchTarget is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as import delays at customs, payment approvals etc.Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses of any kind as the couriers we use require a signature to confirm delivery.If you refuse a shipment from DutchTarget or do not take the
necessary steps to collect your shipment after we have attempted to deliver to the address you provided, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, any import duties on the package, and the cost of returning the package to DutchTarget. This amount will be deducted from the refund of your items.
SHIPPING METHODS:
Orders are shipped via our preferred express couriers: DHL, Fedex, UPS, GLS and PostNL.
CANCELLATIONS:
We understand that sometimes customers need to cancel their orders. Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placement. If the order is prepared for shipment, cancellation requests will not be accepted.After 48 hours of placing an order, a cancellation fee of (EUR) €15 will be charged.
Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will refund you to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once payment has been completed. Refunds are generally processed within 10 business days. It is important to note that some banks may take longer to process refunds. DutchTarget has no influence on this process.
EXCHANGE:
We currently do not offer an exchange option. If you wish to exchange an item you must return the original item, receive a refund and then place a new order.
